Kaplan—Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 14, 2010 at an 11 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Frances Xavier Cabrini Chapel honoring the life of Kimberly Michelle O'Brien, 32, who died Thursday, August 12, 2010 at Abbeville General Hospital. She will be laid to rest at Kaplan Cemetery with Reverend David Broussard officiating the services.

She is survived by her daughter, Anna O'Brien of Kaplan; one sister, Allyson O'Brien of Kaplan; maternal grandmother, Versey Mouton of Kaplan; her godmother, Lisa Mouton; and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Neal O'Brien and the former Anna Marie Mouton; her son, Aindan Neal O'Brien; maternal grandfather, James Mouton; paternal grandparents, Rayward O'Brien and the former Berneda Hardy; and her godfather, Thaddeus Boudreaux Sr.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at St. Frances Xavier Cabrini Chapel, 901 N. Frederick Avenue, on Saturday, August 14, 2010 from 8 a.m. until sevices with a rosary being prayed at 9:30 a.m.
