Adless Joseph Trahan

March 15, 1926 — November 7, 2006

Funeral services will be held Thursday, November 09, 2006 at a 10:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Alphonsus Church honoring the life of Adless Joseph Trahan, 80, who died November 07, 2006 at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center.
He will be laid to rest at St. Alphonsus Cemetery with Reverend William Gearheard officiating the services.
Pallbearers will be Troy Noel, Todd Noel, Trent Nugier, Kenny Broussard, Romey David and Shawn Dugas.
Adless was the owner/operator of Adless Trahan House Moving. He was a member of the Interstate Louisiana House Movers Association.
He is survived by his wife, Gersey Faulk Trahan of Maurice; one son, Joseph A. "Joey" Trahan, Jr. and his wife Mona of Maurice; two daughters, Millie Trahan Noel and her husband Floyd of Maurice and Nell Trahan Nugier and her husband Clyde of Maurice; grandchildren, Troy Noel, Jill Broussard, Trent Nugier, Todd Noel, Hanna Nugier David and Emily Trahan; step grandchildren, Shawn Dugas and Danielle Dugas; and great grandchildren, Jayde Noel, Tyler Broussard, Alex Noel, Brandon Noel and Braxton Broussard.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Caesar Trahan and the former Angelle Montet.
The family wishes to thank the staff of Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center, Medical Center of Southwest Louisiana, Dr. Joseph Brierre and Dr. Frank Bacque for the excellent medical services they provided.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home, 209 South St. Charles, Abbeville, Wednesday, November 8th from 8:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m.; Thursday, November 9th from 8:00 a.m. until time of services
