Kaplan—Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, October 2, 2010 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Huey Paul Badon, 73, who died Thursday, September 30, 2010 at Kaplan Healthcare Center. He will be laid to rest at Badon Cemetery with Deacon Paul Roy Eleazar officiating the services.

He is survived by one brother, Joseph Badon of New Iberia; one grandson, Ridge Faulk of Erath; two nephews, Eamon Badon of New Iberia and Dane Guidry of Graceland, Louisiana; and two nieces, Majella Kilgore of Georgetown, Texas and Lori Broussard of Kaplan.

He was preceded in death by one daughter, Cynthia Badon; one sister, Shirley B. Guidry; and his parents, Eustis Badon and the former Ella Clostio.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Friday, October 1, 2010 from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. with a rosary being prayed at 7 p.m.; Saturday, October 02, from 10 a.m. until services.
