Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 22, 2006, honoring the life of Alan Miller, 74, who died November 18, 2006 at his residence.He will be laid to rest at St. Paul Cemetery with reverend William Blanda officiating the serves.Alan was retired from the U.S. Air Force. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Joann Miller; one son, Shane Miller of New Orleans; three daughters, Julianne Miller of Maurice, Leslie Ann Callahan of Leroy and Elizabeth Carrol Miller of Hawaii; mother in law, Mrs. Hilda Landry of Abbeville; one brother, Everette Miller of Cameron; one sister, Gloria Veazey of Abbeville; seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.he was preceded in death by his parents, Dozeta Miller and the former Willie Mae Hebert; one brother,Dennis Miller and one son Christopher Miller. The family request visiting hours be observed Tuesday November 21, from 4 p.m. until 10 p.m. and Wednesday, from 8 a.m. until service time.
