Mary Dotsie B. Lutgring

A funeral Mass will be held at St. Theresa Catholic Church Tuesday, November 28, 2006 at a 10:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial honoring the life of Mary Dotsie Broussard Lutgring, 78, who died November 25, 2006.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home, 209 South St. Charles, Abbeville, Monday, November 27th from 4:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. with a rosary to be prayed at 7:00 p.m. Visitation will continue Tuesday, November 28th from 8:00 a.m. until time of services.
Mrs. Lutgring was a former officer of the Retarded Citizens Association. She also loved to garden and was a member of the Garden Club of Abbeville.
She will be laid to rest in St. Mary Cemetery with Father Kenneth Mayne officiating the services.
She is survived by a son, Michael K. Lutgring of Abbeville; a daughter, Camille Lutgring Hebert of Abbeville; one brother, Thomas Broussard also of Abbeville; two grandchildren, Megan Hebert Marmet of Mulvey and Sara Bess Hebert of Denver, Colorado; and one great grandchild, Kalie Renee Lemaire of Mulvey.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Allen Lutgring, a son, Gregory Lutgring, her father, Ernest Broussard, her mother, Oza Romero Broussard, her brothers, Nelson, Murphy, Wilfred Lee and Percy Broussard, her sisters, Nola Hebert, Lilly Hebert, Gertie Grace and Flaudry Broussard.
