Ronald Dean Renard

Abbeville—Memorial services will be held Sunday, December 19, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at Vincent Funeral Home with Deacon Randy Hyde officiating the services honoring the life of Ronald Dean Renard, 68, who died Sunday, December 12, 2010 at Rapides Regional Medical Center.

Ronald was a veteran of the United States Air Force who served our country during the Vietnam Era. He was a life time member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.

He is survived by his three sons, Duff Renard and his wife, Tracie of Delcambre, Eric Renard of Lafayette and Chad Renard and his wife Laura of Erath; four grandsons, Jake Renard, Brandon Renard, Seth Renard and Cade Renard; brother, Warren Renard of Erath; sister, Mara Shidler of Houston, TX; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by parents, Celmile Renard and the former Electa Dubois; and brother, Paul "Sid" Renard.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street on Sunday, December 19, 2010 from 10:00 a.m. until time of service with a rosary to be prayed at 12:00 p.m.
