Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 23, 2006 at a 1 :00 p.m.. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church honoring the life of Eva Richard Seaux, 67, who died December 22, 2006 at her residence. She will be laid to rest at St. Paul Cemetery with Reverend William Blanda officiating the services. Mrs. Seaux was a foster parent for fifty-three children. She is survived by four sons, Donald R. Seaux, Sr., Terry W. Seaux, Blake J. Seaux, and Shaun K. Seaux all of Abbeville; fourteen grandchildren, and six great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dudley Seaux; parents, Treville Richard and the former Louisiana Doucet; four brothers, Alvin, Ashton, Merrick, Leslie Richard; and two sisters, Wilma Smith and Elsie Lou Savoie. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home, 209 South St. Charles, Abbeville, Friday, December 22nd from 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.; Saturday. December 23rd from 8:00 a.m. until time of services.
