Alice "Sue" Eve Marceaux

Kaplan—Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Alice “Sue” Eve Marceaux, 59, who died Saturday, July 9, 2022 at Lafayette Physical Rehabilitation Hospital.  She will be laid to rest at Harrington Cemetery with Deacon Reed Billingham officiating the services.

Alice "Sue" was loved by everyone and never met a stranger. She unconditionally loved her cat, Lulu. The love she had for children was unconditional, she never walked into a room without asking to hold all the babies. “Sue” also sang her heart out to french and classic country music in her spare time, memories that we will cherish forever.

She is survived by her brother, Louis "T Boy" Marceaux and his wife, Donna of Forked Island; her nephews, Aaron Marceaux, Sean Marceaux, Jeremy Marceaux, Steven Duhon and Tyler Colomb; her nieces, Cindy Constantine, Tiffany Marceaux and Miranda Landry; and her aunts, Della Guidry, Joyce Harrington and Azelie Hines.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank Marceaux and the former Betty Doucet; her grandfather, Sylvest Marceaux; her grandmother, Eva Suire; her uncles, LeRoy Marceaux and Ewell Marceaux; her brothers, Jay Marceaux and John Landry, Jr.; her sister, Joy Landry; and her two nephews, Rusty and Derek Marceaux.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Ave., on Wednesday, July 13, 2022 from 8:00 AM until the time of the services at 2:00 PM.
