Kaplan—Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, November 6, 2017 at Kaplan Cemetery honoring the life of Alva Jane Brice, 69, who died Saturday, November 4, 2017 at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center. She will be laid to rest at Kaplan Cemetery with Reverend Mark Miley officiating the services.

She is survived by by her three daughters, Ann Broussard of Erath, Gail McCumber of Huffman, TX, and Nancy Sipe and her husband Randy of Birmingham, Alabama; six grandchildren, Tori Stout, Tanya Broussard, Brice McCumber, Mason McCumber, Haley Joy, and Ava Sipe; and three great grandchildren, Eli Taylor, Lane Stout, and Lexie Taylor.

She was preceded in death by by her husband, Charles Damien Brice; her parents, Lotto Boutte and the former Anna Mae Romero; two brothers, Jimmy Boutte and Alton Boutte; and a sister, Earline Boutte.
