Barbara Mouton Broussard

Kaplan—Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, October 21, 2019 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Barbara Mouton Broussard, 76, who died Thursday, October 17, 2019 at Abbeville General Hospital.  She will be laid to rest at LeMaire Cemetery with Reverend Matthew Barzare officiating the services. Serving as pallbearers will be Jason Latiolais, Kade Luquette, Tony Luquette, Blaine Broussard, Reece Frith, and Connor Frith. Colby Broussard and Caiden Frederick will serve is honorary pallbearers.

She is survived by her son, Brian Broussard and his wife, Elizabeth of Leleux; two daughters, Sonia and her husband, Kirk Frith of Kaplan and Jill Broussard of Kaplan; and seven grandchildren, Colby Broussard, Blaine Broussard, Reece Frith, Connor Frith, Emmalee Broussard, Brooklyn Broussard, and Caiden Frederick.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Broussard; and her parents, Elton Mouton and the former Annie Lou Broussard.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Ave., on Monday, October 21, 2019 from 9:00 AM until the services at 2:00 PM with a rosary being prayed at 11:00 AM.
