Betty "Jenny" Landry Faulk

Milton - A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12:00 PM, Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at St. Joseph Catholic Church honoring the life of Jenny Faulk, 92, born February 26, 1932 and died surrounded by loved ones on February 3rd, 2025.

 If you didn't love Jenny, you definitely hadn't met her. Nobody was kinder, funnier, wiser, or more genuine, and her always casual nature put everyone at ease. Everyone looked forward to seeing her, because every moment with her was a wonderful lesson in how to live. Every person was special to her, so she always made the effort to learn every person's name. She knew there was no point in worrying, so she didn't worry. She knew bad times would come, so she always celebrated the good times. She also knew that most times are, in fact, the good times. She didn't just go with the flow, she surfed the waves and got a great tan. She was the most phenomenal mother, sister, wife, grandmother, friend, and example that anyone could have ever hoped for. Nobody lived life better, and nobody ever will, but we'll do our best.

 Fr. Louis Richard will officiate at the funeral mass. Burial will follow at St. Paul cemetery.

A visitation will take place at St. Joseph Catholic Church on Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM with a rosary prayed at 11:15 am.

She is survived by her children, Barbara Richard (Kelly), Nancy Young (Andy), Toni Broussard (Bubba), Scott James Faulk (Sheila); daughter in law, Ruth "Tee" Faulk; sisters, Beverly Hyden (Larry) and Lynn Rose. Also survived by 14 grandchildren and 32 great grandchildren.

Jenny is preceded in death by her husband, Roland Faulk, Sr.; son, Roland “Tibby” Faulk Jr.; parents, Sidney Landry and the former Angelle Guidry.

In lieu of flowers, give a tight hug, tell a good joke, and have a big laugh.
