Betty Lemaire Theriot

ABBEVILLE – Graveside services will be held at 2:00pm on Monday, August 17, 2020 honoring the life of Betty LeMaire Theriot, 72, who died Friday, August 14, 2020 at her residence.

She will be laid to rest at St. Paul Cemetery with Father Michael Arnaud officiating the services.

Betty’s favorite hobbies included dancing, playing cards and trips to the casino.  She also enjoyed spending time with her family.

She is survived by her two daughters, Mia Theriot of Youngsville, LA., Paige Harden and her husband, Michael also of Youngsville, LA; brother Preston “Skippy” LeMaire and his wife, Linda of Moline, Illinois; sister Tina Bouillion and her husband, Norris of Erath; sister in law, Annie Frederick and her husband, John E. of Clear Lake City, TX; two grandchildren that she adored, Christian Blair Landry and his fiancée, Lindsay Arnold and Anna Gail Mauldin; and one great grandchild, Decker John Landry; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald “Speed” Theriot; parents Preston LeMaire, Sr. and Eula Oliver; and a sister, Priscilla Landry.
