Bobby Lejeune

Cow Island—A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, February 25, 2019 at St. Anne Catholic Church honoring the life of Bobby LeJeune, 59, who died Friday, February 22, 2019 at his residence.  He will be laid to rest at Suire Cemetery with Reverend Matthew Barzare officiating the services.

He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Cherise Suire LeJeune of Forked Island; two daughters, Brea LeJeune of Forked Island and Teri LeJeune of Lake Charles; two grandchildren, Layla LeBeouf and Harvey LeBeouf III; three sisters, Carol and her husband, Harold Meyer of Crowley, Brenda and her husband, Micheal Hammersky of Crowley, Audrey and her husband, Robert Wallis of Mississippi; two brothers, Wilfred Lejeune, Jr. and his wife, Pat of Vinton and Kenneth LeJeune of Crowley; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Wilfred LeJeune, Sr. and the former Effie Hines; one brother, Rodney LeJeune; one sister, Betty Duval; and his son Avery Joseph LeJeune.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Ave., on Sunday, February 24, 2019 from 9:00 AM until 10:00 PM with a rosary being prayed at 6:00 PM; Monday, February 25, 2019 from 8:00 AM until 10:30 AM when the procession departs for the church.
