Chad Dorris Campbell

Abbeville—A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, May  7, 2022 at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville honoring the life of Chad Dorris Campbell, 51, who died Saturday, April 30, 2022 at his residence.  Deacon William "Billy" Vincent will officiate the services.

Chad enjoyed shooting pool and racing cars.  He enjoyed playing and coaching his kids in softball and soccer.

He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Vicky B. Campbell; daughter, Haley J. Campbell; sons, Ryan J. Abshire and Logan J. Campbell; and grandchildren, Aydon J. Campbell, Skyler Hebert, Legend Layne, Averyanna Abshire and Addelyn Abshire.

He was preceded in death by his father, Dudley Joseph Campbell; mother, Daphney Gae Meaux Fischbeck; maternal grandparents, Murphy Meaux, Jr. and Della Lemaire Meaux; paternal grandparents, Doris Campbell and Agnes Trahan Campbell; brother, Cordell Scott Campbell; sister, Racquel Kimberly Campbell; and step-father, Larry Fischbeck.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles St., on Saturday, May  7, 2022 from 9:00 AM until time of services
