Claudette Marie Broussard

Abbeville—Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, January 2, 2024, at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville honoring the life of Claudette Marie Broussard, 69, who died Monday, December 25, 2023, at Ochsner Medical Center - West Bank.  She will be laid to rest at St. Paul Cemetery with Deacon William Vincent officiating the services.

Claudette had a successful career as a software engineer for 34 years working for Northrop Grumman.  She enjoyed bowling, and was on a women’s bowling league, this is where she met her husband.   One of her greatest and proudest accomplishment was when she bowled a 300-perfect game. She was a devout Catholic.

She is survived by her husband of 29 years, Gilbert Tiffany, Jr. of Belle Chasse; children, Beth Ann Johnson (Brad Ford), and Christopher Michael Cupp (Tiffani Cupp); five grandchildren, Justin Blake Johnson, Kyleigh Rae Cupp, Kaylee Michelle Cupp, Karley Angelle Cupp, and Christopher Michael Cupp, Jr.; great grandchild, Arabella Cupp.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James Raywood Broussard and the former Mary Lee White, and brother, Michael James Broussard.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles St., on Tuesday, January 2, 2024, from 9:00 AM until time of services.  A rosary is being prayed at 2:30 PM.

In lieu of flowers please donate to breast cancer research in her memory having fought breast cancer for the last 17 years.
