Corey James Picard

Abbeville- A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM, Saturday, December 28, 2024 at Vincent Funeral Home of Abbeville honoring the life of Corey James Picard, 42, who passed away on December 25, 2024 at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center.

Burial will follow at Landry Cemetery with Pastor Jairus Martin officiating the services.

Pallbearers will be Chris, Ivy, Norris, Devin, Donta, and Larry. Honorary pallbearers will be Ryan, Andrea, and Ricky

Corey was a loving father and friend, he was known for being a practical joker and had a passion for playing pool and would never pass up the opportunity to babysit.

Corey is survived by his father, Vernon Picard and wife Kate; fiancée Melissa Hebert; brothers, Chris Picard and wife Tessy and Nicholas Picard; daughters, Gabriella Picard and Kourtlyn Picard; stepchildren, Ryan Miller, Norris Benoit, and Alyssia Nickerson; step grandchildren, Ricky, Ma-Kinliana, Ny-Lahh, Oakleigh, Cambre', and Jax; sisters in law, Antoinette (Ivy) and Tiffany (Devin); and two godchildren, Andrea and Chance.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Tammy Lorraine.

A visitation will take place at Vincent Funeral Home of Abbeville on Friday from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM and will continue on Saturday from 8:00 AM until time of service.
