Daniel Gaspard

Kaplan—Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, September 23, 2019 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Daniel Gaspard, 65, who died Saturday, September 21, 2019 at his residence.  He will be laid to rest at Harrington Cemetery with Reverend Palthasar Arrockia Doss officiating the services. Serving as pallbearers will be Cody Gaspard, Marshall Gaspard, Bradley Gaspard, Chad Abshire, Dusty Broussard, and Blaine Stelly.

He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Debbie B. Gaspard of Forked Island; his son, Cody J. Gaspard and his wife, Kristi of Gueydan; two daughters, Mitzi G. LeMoine and her husband, Frank of Kaplan and Casey G. Broussard and her husband, Lucus of Kaplan; seven grandchildren, Taryn Simon, Gabe LeMoine, Emma Gaspard, Camryn LeMoine, Carlie Broussard, Ella Gaspard, and Cali Broussard; one great grandchild, Karter Simon; three brothers, Ronald Gaspard of Many, Brad Gaspard of Youngsville; and Herb Gaspard of Katy, TX; and his mother-in-law, Mary Broussard of Forked Island.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Herbert "Daby" Gaspard, Sr. and the former Lee Joyce Schexnaider; and one sister, Gloria Abshire.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Ave., on Sunday, September 22, 2019 from 11:00 AM until 9:00 PM with a rosary being prayed at 6:00 PM; Monday, September 23, 2019 from 8:00 AM until the time of services at 1:00 PM.
