David Keith Broussard

Abbeville—Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, April  4, 2023  at St. Paul Cemetery honoring the life of David Keith Broussard, 64, who died Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at Our Lady of Lourdes Heart Hospital.  Deacon William "Billy" Vincent will officiate the services.

After 37 years working in the salt mine industry David retired from  Cargill Deicing Technologies once they announced plans to end its salt mining operations at Avery Island.

He is survived by his wife, Lucinda F. Broussard; two daughters, Heather Broussard Frugé and her husband, Travis and Erin Broussard Spinosa and her husband, Todd; grandson, Christian Michael Foret; mother, Anna Trahan Broussard; brother, Chris James Broussard; sister, Lisa B. Doucet and her husband, Dexter; sister in law, Christine M. Broussard; brothers-in-law, Keith M. Faulk and his wife Tina, and Kent N. Faulk; and two nephews, Travis J. Broussard and his wife, Brandy and Marcus J. Doucet.

He was preceded in death by his father, Marion Dale Broussard; brother, Brain D. Broussard; maternal grandparents, Clarence and Gladys Trahan; and parental grandparents, Nolton and Una Broussard.
