Debra Fay Guidry

Kaplan—Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, February 10, 2022 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Debra Fay Guidry, 65, who died Friday, February 4, 2022 at her residence.  She will be laid to rest at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Cemetery

She is survived by her mother, Elsie B. McKay; her two sons, Garrett Roche and his wife, Maria of Sulphur and Chris Kennedy and his wife, Felicia of New Market, TN; two daughters, Kayla Gary of Sulphur and Jessica Guidry and her husband, Josh of Derrider; her three sisters, Linda Vincent and her husband, Charles of Kaplan, Beverley Mire and her husband, Randy of Kaplan, and Julie Fontenot of Abbeville; her three brothers, Bobby Easley and his wife, Gloria of Kaplan and John Fontenot and his wife, Ferri of New Iberia and Robert Glenn Easley and his wife, Penny of Henderson, TX; and  her eight grandchildren, Destiny, Christopher, Jodee, Dalton, Mason, Heidi, Jessie and Abigail.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Mark L. Guidry; her father, Robert W. Easley; her stepfather, Mervis Fontenot; her stepfather, Gerald McKay; her son, Lane Guidry; and her brother, Mervis Fontenot, Jr.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Ave., on Wednesday, February  9, 2022 from 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM with a rosary being prayed at 7:00 PM; Thursday, February 10, 2022 from 8:00 AM until the procession departs for the graveside at 2:00 PM.
