Kaplan—Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, May 25, 2018 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Denise Weekly, 47, who died Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at her residence. Reverend Mark Miley will be officiating the services.

She is survived by her daughter, Hali Jade Weekly and her fiancé, Christoper Scanlan of Abbeville; one granddaughter, Caroline Scanlan of Abbeville; her mother, Sheron Sutherland of Chickasaw, AL; her step-mother, Charlene Lynn Comeaux of Duson; her companion, Claude John Hussey of Kaplan; two sisters, Rachel Delafosse of Alabama and Brande Beech of Alabama; three half-sisters, Desiree Dartez of Erath, Amy Finney of Erath, and Crystal Finney of Erath; and one half-brother, Johnathon Dartez and his wife, Michell of Erath.

She was preceded in death by her father, Carl Nunez; her maternal grandparents; and her paternal grandparents.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Ave., on Friday, May 25, 2018 from 9:00 AM until services with a rosary being prayed at 10:00 AM.
