Donald Lasalle

Kaplan—Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, December 3, 2021 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Donald LaSalle, 70, who died Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at his residence.  He will be laid to rest at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Cemetery with Deacon Bryan Istre officiating the services. Serving as pallbearers will be Garrett LaSalle, Tyler LaSalle, Zackary LaSalle, Kruen Potier, Harry LaSalle and Gerald Abshire.

He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Charlene D. LaSalle of Kaplan; his two sons, Nicholas LaSalle and his girlfriend, Lauren LeBlanc of Delcambre and Clayton LaSalle and his wife, Heather of Gueydan; his grandchildren, Garrett LaSalle, Taylor LaSalle, Tyler LaSalle, Zackary LaSalle, Ashton LaSalle, Delaina LeBlanc, Kruen Potier and Ellie Potier; his three sisters, Geneva Bodin, Delores Doucet, and Barbara Deshotels; and his four brothers, Clifton LaSalle, Harry LaSalle, Ray Allen LaSalle and Rodney LaSalle.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Gordy LaSalle and the former Eunice Faulk; his four brothers, Joe, Lercy, Norris and Ronnie; and his four sisters, Dorothy, Anna, Joyce and Mary Ann.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Ave., on Friday, December  3, 2021 from 9:00 AM until 2:00 PM with a rosary being prayed at 11:00 AM.
