Donna Jean D'Augereau

Abbeville—Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, December 28, 2023  at Vincent Funeral Home – Abbeville honoring the life of Donna Jean d'Augereau, 76, who passed away Saturday, December 23, 2023 at her residence. She will be laid to rest at St. Paul Cemetery with Deacon William Vincent officiating the services. Honored to serve as pallbearers will be Lewis Touchet, Lewis Touchet, Jr., Beau LeBlanc, Drake Mayers, Blaise Touchet, and Cody Lavergne.

Donna was born and raised in Sunset, Louisiana then later moved to Abbeville. She was a devoted mother and grandmother who had a passion for caring for the elderly.  She enjoyed creating crafts and trying new cuisine.  Donna was a spiritual woman and family oriented.  Her favorite place to vacation was Holly Beach.  In her younger years she enjoyed summers on the Boston Canal.  She will be remembered for being a strong and independent woman.  She will be missed by all who loved her dearly.

She is survived by her three daughters, Jamie Lynn LeBlanc, Nikki Touchet, and Jenci P. Lavergne and her husband, Cody; three sons, John "Buster" Touchet, Billy Joe Touchet and his wife, Kelli, and Lewis A. Touchet and his wife, Christina Marie; sister, Glenda Faye Vincent; seventeen grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lewis d'Augereau and the former Ruth Marie Hebert; and infant grandson, John.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles St., on Thursday, December 28, 2023 from 9:00 AM until time of services. A rosary being prayed at 1:30 PM.
