Douglas Anthony Bourque

Kaplan—Memorial services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Douglas Anthony Bourque, 38, who passed away on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at Lafayette General Medical Center. Reverend Nicholas DuPre' will be officiating the services.

He is survived by his father, Leonard Bourque, Jr. and his wife, Lisa of Kaplan; his mother, Kim Kay Sarver of Sunset; three brothers, Joshua Bourque and his wife, Mallory of Kaplan, Kyle Bourque and his wife, Sally of Lafayette, and Zachary Gray of Sunset; his paternal grandmother, Margarite Bourque of Kaplan; and his maternal grandmother, Peggy Carahan of Colorado.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Leonard Bourque, Sr.; and his maternal grandfather, Gilbert Sarver.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Ave., on Saturday, April 21, 2018 from 8:00 AM until services with a rosary being prayed at 10:00 AM.
