Dr. Padmini Gupta

Kaplan—Memorial services will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, December 4, 2021 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Dr. Padmini Gupta, 79, who died Sunday, November 28, 2021 at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center.

She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Jack Gupta of Kaplan; one son, Prashant Gupta and his wife, Hilary of New Orleans; one daughter, Sonia Gupta of New Orleans; and four brothers, D. Krishna Murthy of Bangalore, India, Prabhakar Murthy of Brisbane, Australia, Jagdish Murthy of West Chester, Pennsylvania and Chandrasekhar Murthy of San Jose, California.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Narasimha and Seethamma Murthy.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Ave., on Saturday, December  4, 2021 from 12:00 PM until the services at 2:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Dr. Gupta’s name to the Community Foundation of Acadiana, 1035 Camellia Blvd, Ste. 100 Lafayette, LA 70508.
