Earl "T-Earl" Dartez

Kaplan—Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Earl George Dartez, 88, who died Monday, June 10, 2019 at his residence. He will be laid to rest at LeMaire Cemetery with Reverend Matthew Barzare officiating the services.

He is survived by his two sons, Darrel "Budo" Dartez of Forked Island and Todd Dartez and his wife, Terry of Cow Island; two daughters, Bonnie Menard and her financé, Dale Meaux of Cow Island and Kim LeBeouf and her husband, Sammy of Kaplan; ten grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and one half brother, Floyd Gaspard of Kaplan.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Verna Gaspard Dartez; and his parents, Luke Frances Dartez and the former Bernice Harrington.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Ave., on Tuesday, June 11, 2019 from 9:00 AM until 9:00 PM with a rosary being prayed at 7:00 PM; Wednesday, June 12, 2019 from 8:00 AM until the time of the services at 11:00 AM.
