Ella Mae Labry Hebert

Kaplan—A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, June 8, 2019 at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church honoring the life of Ella Mae Labry Hebert, 93, who died Tuesday, June 4, 2019 at Acadia General Hospital. She will be laid to rest at Kaplan Cemetery with Reverend Mark Miley officiating the services and concelebrant will be Reverend Emmanuel Fernandez. Serving as pallbearers will be David Choate, Justin Choate, Chad Hebert, Zachary Stelly, Morgan Choate and Grant Stelly.

She is survived by her son, Brad Hebert and his wife, Carolyn Nell of Kaplan; one daughter, Linda Choate of Abbeville; one sister, Linda Bordelon of Kaplan; four grandchildren, Boyd Hebert, David Choate, Justin Choate, and Chad Hebert; 12 great grandchildren, Brittany Hebert, Brett Todd, Brandt Maynard, Marlie Hebert, Liam Hebert, Meredith Hebert, Zachary Stelly, Kylie Stelly, Grant Stelly, Madison Choate, Morgan Choate, and Rio Choate.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Freddie Hebert; one granddaughter, Jenny Choate Stelly; five brothers; six sisters; and her parents, Jean Labry and the former Angelle Girouard.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Ave., on Friday, June 7, 2019 from 2:00 PM until 9:00 PM with a rosary being prayed at 7:00 PM; Saturday, June 8, 2019 from 8:00 AM until the procession departs for the church at 9:45 AM.
