Enix "Ricki" D. Guidry

Kaplan—Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, September 8, 2017 at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church honoring the life of Enix "Ricki" D. Guidry, 88, who died Monday, September 4, 2017 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She will be laid to rest at Kaplan Cemetery with Reverend Nicholas DuPre' officiating the services.

She is survived by her three sons, Wayne Guidry of Kaplan, Jerry Guidry and his wife, Debbie of Buchanan Dam, TX, and Mark Guidry and his wife, Debra of Sulphur; four daughters, Ruby G. Duhon of Kaplan, Sharon Morvant of Nunez, Dianna and her husband Ronald "Dago" Menard of Kaplan, and Tammy and her husband, Mike Floyd of Crosby, TX; one sister, Mary Lou Johnson of Nederland, TX; 21 grandchildren; 44 great grandchildren; 15 great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dalton R. Guidry; her parents, Erise Duhon, Sr. and the former Anita Connor; one son, Marcus J. Guidry; three brothers, Joseph L. Duhon, Roicy Duhon, Sr., and Eris Duhon, Jr.; four sisters, Elsie D. Faulk, Wilda D. LeMaire, Joyce D. Bertrand, and Ella D. Ronsonette; and two great-great grandchildren.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Ave., on Thursday, September 7, 2017 from 9:00 AM until 10:00 PM with a rosary being prayed at 7:00 PM; Friday, September 8, 2017 from 8:00 AM until the procession departs for the church.
