Enrick Levine, Sr.

Opelousas—Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM on Saturday, August 27, 2022 at Little Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Opelousas, Louisiana, honoring the life of Enrick Levine, Sr, 67, who died Sunday, August 14, 2022.  Rev. Calvin Moore will officiate the service.  He will be laid to rest at Southwest Louisiana Veterans Cemetery on Monday, August 29, 2022.

Enrick was a resident of Opelousas, LA.  He was a beloved husband and father.

He was a devoted deacon at Little Zion Missionary Baptist Church (ordained June 1998 by Rev. Charles Bryant). He served 4 years as a Marine in the United States Military. He dedicated 34 years in the trucking industry as driver and owner/operator of MEKE Trucking, LLC (est. June 2004) and was awarded the MS Carrier Quality Performer Circle of Excellence.

He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife, Martha Levine whom he loved dearly; two beloved sons, Albert Batiste (Karen) and Enrick Levine Jr. (Ronderica); brother, Norman Levine Sr. (Maxine); sisters, Lou Ella Collins and Linda Thibeaux (Claude); and a host of nieces, nephews, godchildren, relatives and friends.

He now joins in glory with his parents, Langdon Levine Jr and Nolia Petry; son, Mark Anthony Levine; brothers, Floyd, Warren, Ellis, Worris, and Earvin Levine; and sisters, Esther Levine, Lilly Levine, and Daisy Ursin.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Little Zion Missionary Baptist Church, 128 N. Academy St., Opelousas on Saturday, August 27, 2022 from 10:00 AM until time of service.
