Florence "Flo" Vincent

Kaplan—A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, February 25, 2019 at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church honoring the life of Florence "Flo" Vincent, 88, who died Thursday, February 21, 2019 at Jeff Davis Living Center, LLC. She will be laid to rest at Kaplan Cemetery with Reverend Palthasar Arrockia Doss officiating the services.

She was a member of the Lyons Club, American Legion Auxiliary, Homemakers Club, and The Ladies of Carmelite.

She is survived by her son, Kenneth Vincent and his wife, Virginia of Monroe;  her only grandson, Ryan Joseph Vincent of Atlanta, Georgia; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph L. "Learnie" Vincent; her parents, Bernard Schexnider and the former Erita Harrington; two brothers, Doris Schexnider and Duplex Langlinais; and one sister, Aline S. Dronet.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Ave., on Sunday, February 24, 2019 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM with a rosary being prayed at 6:00 PM; Monday, February 25, 2019 from 8:00 AM until 9:45 AM when the procession departs for the church.
