Harold James Marceaux

Kaplan—Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, February 24, 2023 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Harold James Marceaux, 75, who died Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center.  He will be laid to rest at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Cemetery with Deacon William "Billy" Vincent officiating the services.

He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Laura M. Marceaux of Lafayette; his son, Harold J. Marceaux, Jr. and his wife, Paulette of Lafayette; his two grandsons, Lance Marceaux of Lafayette and Jesse Marceaux and his wife, Marissa of Lafayette; his three great grandchildren, Robyn Marceaux, Blakley Marceaux and Amelia James Marceaux; and his two sisters, Cathy Hargrave of Kaplan and Linda Myers of Berwick.

He was preceded in death by his son, Robin Marceaux; his parents, Evellier and Esther Marceaux; and his two brothers, Dalton and Ray Marceaux.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Ave., on Thursday, February 23, 2023 from 11:00 AM until 10:00 PM with a rosary being prayed at 7:00 PM; Friday, February 24, 2023 from 8:00 AM until the time of the services at 1:00 PM.
