Kaplan—Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Sunday, May 20, 2018 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Hung Van Tran, 54, who died Thursday, May 17, 2018 at Lafayette General Medical Center. He will be laid to rest at Kaplan Cemetery following the services.

He is survived by his loving wife of 24 years, Lenh Cong Vong; his son, Steven Tran; his daughter, Jennifer Vong Tran; his mother, Hau Thi Pham; one brother, Tuan Van Tran and his wife, Linh Thi Hoang; one niece, Chau Bang Tran; and two nephews, An Van Hoang and King Van Hoang.

He was preceded in death by his father, Nam Van Tran.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Ave., on Saturday, May 19, 2018 from 9:00 AM until 2:00 PM; visitation will continue on Sunday, May 20, 2018 from 9:00 AM until the service.
