Inez Marie Lee

Abbeville—A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, February 26, 2022 at St. Theresa of the Child Jesus Catholic Church honoring the life of Inez Marie Lee, 81, who died Thursday, February 24, 2022. She will be laid to rest at St. Paul Cemetery with Reverend Bill Melancon officiating the services.  Serving as pallbearers will be Pervis Lee, Jr., David Lee, Nicholas Lee and Scott Mouton.

Inez took great pride in her housework and the appearance of her yard.  Her love of teddy bears was apparent to anyone who met her.

She is survived by her two daughters, Tammy L. Trahan and Paula Ann Lee; three sons, Pervis John Lee, Jr., Timmy Wade Lee and David Troy Lee; sisters, Linda Sue Bourque and Verda Cloe Wimberly; eleven grandchildren; and sixteen great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Pervis John Lee, Sr.; parents, Alwin Joseph Lee and the former Ida Marie Stelly; stepfather, Joseph Stelly; daughter, Mona Marie Dyson; and grandson, Russell James Touchet, Jr.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles St., on Friday, February 25, 2022 from 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM with a rosary being prayed at 6:30 PM; Saturday, February 26, 2022 from 8:00 AM until 9:45 AM when the procession will depart for the church.
