Irene Josephine Broussard

Abbeville—A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9:00 AM on Tuesday, October 29, 2019 at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church honoring the life of Josephine Irene Broussard, 93, who died Friday, October 25, 2019 at Eastridge Nursing Center.

Reverend Louis Richard will officiate the service.

Irene is survived by her son, Keith Jude Broussard; brother, Deral LeMaire and his wife Maudry; four grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Bernes Broussard; parents, David LeMaire and the former Olita Breaux; daughter, Sheryl Gooch; brothers, Royce LeMaire and Roland LeMaire; sisters, Mamie Hebert and Winnie Mire; grandson, Michael Bernes Gooch; and great grandson, Zachary Michael Gooch.
