Israel "Jr" Marceaux

September 24, 1963 — April 11, 2018

Kaplan—Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, April 13, 2018 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Israel "Jr" Marceaux, 54, who passed away on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at Abrom Kaplan Memorial Hospital. He will be laid to rest at Kaplan Cemetery with Deacon David Vaughn officiating the services.

He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Carrie Abshire Marceaux of Kaplan; three sons, Carl "Pie" Marceaux and his wife, Clara of Richard, Dustin Marceaux and his wife, Hannah of Beaumont, TX, and Travis Marceaux and his girlfriend, Ivy Trahan of Kaplan; two daughters, Catrina and her husband, Hubert Vice of Youngsville and Jeanne "Doobie" and her husband, Bryan Primeaux, of Pecos, TX; four sisters, two brothers, and eleven grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Israel Joseph Marceaux, Sr. and the former Theresa Touchet.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Thursday, April 12, 2018 from 11:00 AM until 10:00 PM with a rosary being prayed at 7:00 PM; Friday, April 13, 2018 from 8:00 AM until services.
