Jacqueline Ann "Jackie" Fabre Guidry

Kaplan—Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, August 26, 2017 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Jacqueline Ann "Jackie" Fabre Guidry, 58, who died Friday, August 25, 2017 at her residence. She will be laid to rest at Leroy Community Cemetery with Reverend Johnathan Janise officiating the services.

Jackie had an exuberant love for life and enjoyed living it until the very end. She enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, crabbing, dancing, playing euchre, and spending time with family and friends.

She is survived by her parents, Horace Fabre and Gertie Simon Fabre; her children, Aimee Guidry Gaudin, Cody Guidry, Crystal Guidry Cormier, Chad Guidry, and Neil Guidry; two brothers, Jessie Fabre and his wife, Christine and Jamie Fabre and his wife, Janis; two sisters, Connie Fabre Broussard and Marlene LeBlanc; 12 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; 7 nieces and nephews; and her special friend, Kirk Abshire.

She was preceded in death by her fraternal grandparents, Roy Fabre and the former Anna Duhon; and her maternal grandparents, Alcide Simon and the former Laura Landry.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Ave., on Friday, August 25, 2017 from 5:00 PM until 10:00 PM with a rosary being prayed at 7:00 PM; Saturday, August 26, 2017 from 8:00 AM until services.
