James Charles Roden Jr.

A Memorial Tribute will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, March 22, 2025, at Vincent Funeral Home of Kaplan honoring the life of James "Jimmy" Charles Roden Jr., 53, who passed away on Thursday, March 13, 2025 in Kaplan.

Visitation will take place at Vincent Funeral Home in Kaplan on Saturday from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

Jimmy was born on July 10, 1971, in Greenville, MS and was a longtime resident of Kaplan. He will be dearly missed by all of his loved ones.

Jimmy is survived by his children, Matthew Roden (London) of Kaplan, Emily-Grace Lovinia Roden of Kaplan, and Enzley Kamille Roden of Kaplan; his grandchild, Levi James Roden; his mother, Alana C. McGaugh; his aunt and uncle, Susan and Billy Earl Gordon of Tupelo, MS; his dear cousins, Ashlee Bergeron of Patterson and Brandy Billiot of Baton Rouge; along with a host of cousins and extended family.

He was preceded in death by his father, James C. Roden Sr.; his aunt, Regina McGaugh; as well as his maternal grandparents, Sidney Ross McGaugh and Reba L McGaugh.
