Jason Cole Hebert

Abbeville—A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, December  7, 2020 at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church honoring the life of Jason Cole Hebert, 51, who died Friday, December 4, 2020 at his residence.  He will be laid to rest at St. Paul Cemetery with Father Donald Bernard officiating the services.  Serving as pallbearers will be Kenneth LeBouef, Brian Hebert, Andre’ Hebert, Chad LeBouef, Jude Couvillon and Braxton Couvillon.

He is survived by his mother, Doris G. Hebert; one brother, Brian Hebert; two sisters, Belinda and husband, Kenneth LeBouef, and Jessica and her husband, Jude Couvillon; special friend, Tanya Livingston; nephews, Chad LeBouef, Andre' Hebert and Braxton Couvillon; and nieces, Emily LeBouef, Alexa Hebert, Autumn Hebert, Brooke Couvillon and Brylee Couvillon.

He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Hebert; maternal grandparents, Eunice and Isidor Guidry; paternal grandparents, Mildred and Douglas Hebert nephew, Barry LeBouef; and aunt, Gayle Gaudet.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles St., on Sunday, December  6, 2020 from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM with a rosary being prayed at 7:00 PM; Monday, December  7, 2020 from 8:00 AM until 10:45 AM when the procession will depart for the church.

The family would like to thank Hospice of Acadiana for their competent and compassionate care during Jason’s last several months. The family is also grateful for nurses, Whitney Credeur, Sheena Domingue and family friend, Cathy Hebert.  Also to Jason’s co-workers with the Vermilion Parish Police Jury for their big-heartedness.
