Jeanell Dronet Broussard

Kaplan—A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, March 10, 2022 at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church honoring the life of Jeanell Dronet Broussard, 78, who died Tuesday, March 8, 2022 at Gueydan Memorial Guest Home.  She will be laid to rest at Hebert Cemetery with Reverend Mark Miley officiating the services.

She is survived by her her son, Kendall Broussard and his wife, Norma of Kaplan; her two daughters, Rowena Broussard of Kaplan and Darlene and her husband, Melvin Faulk, Jr. of Kaplan; her four grandchildren, Amber, Tanner, Paige and Landon; and her two great grandchildren, Zane and Lexi.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lifton Broussard; her daughter, Darlene K. Broussard; her parents, Whitney and Lorena Dronet; and one sister, Kariean Primeaux.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Ave., on Thursday, March 10, 2022 from 9:00 AM until the procession departs for the church at 1:45 PM with a rosary being prayed at 11:00 AM.
