Leroy—A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, August 27, 2018 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church honoring the life of Jeanette Louise Thibodeaux, 85, who died Sunday, August 26, 2018 at Kaplan Healthcare Center. She will be laid to rest at Leroy Community Cemetery with Reverend Mark Miley officiating the services.

She is survived by her five sons, Luther Thibodeaux and his wife, Kay of Maurice, Wayne Thibodeaux and his wife, Phyllis of Maurice, Julius Thibodeaux, Jr. and his wife, Kim of Meaux, Steven Thibodeaux and his wife, Kim of Meaux, and Ronnie Thibodeaux of Leroy; six grandchildren, Kristie Chamberlain, Casey Thibodeaux, Mandy Thibodeaux Ardoin, Michele Thibodeaux, Katie Thibodeaux, and Alex Thibodeaux; three great grandchildren, Lucus Chamberlain, Taylor Thibodeaux, and Mia Ardoin; two sisters, Ruby Blanc of Lafayette and Shirley Romero of Leroy; and two brothers, Marion Broussard of Abbeville and Wilbert Kosh Broussard of Leroy.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Julius Thibodeaux, Sr.; her daughter, Cecile Joan Thibodeaux; and her parents, Nolton Broussard and the former Euna Landry.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Ave., on Monday, August 27, 2018 from 8:00 AM until the procession departs for the church with a rosary being prayed at 10:00 AM.
