ABBEVILLE — A gathering of family and friends will be held on Tuesday, July 3, 2018, from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM at Magdalen Place, 2 S. Magdalen Sq., Abbeville, honoring the life of Jennifer “Johnette” Suratt-Wild, 56, who died Monday, June 25, 2018 at her residence.

She will be laid to rest at St. Mary Madgalen Cemetery at a later date.

Johnette was a very loving wife, mother and grandmother. She loved being around her grandchildren and pets. She was very dedicated at everything she did.

She is survived by her husband, Jamie Lee Wild; mother, Patsy Jane Bell Suratt; son, Anthony Chance White and his wife, Kelly; brothers, John Phillip Suratt, Jerry Morelan Suratt, Ricky Earl Suratt, Larry Lee Suratt and Arthur Paul Pittman, Jr.; sister, Cyndi Pittman Morelan; and grandchildren, Abigail White and Anthony Chance White, Jr.

She was preceded in death by her father, John Morelan Suratt, Jr.; brother, James Edward Pittman, maternal grandparents, Edgar and Ila Bell; and paternal grandparents, Iola and John Morelan Suratt, Jr.

The family would like to acknowledge her Coastal Chemical Company family, Dr. Molly Thomas and staff, Lourdes Hospice, and Home Healthcare, especially Heidi.
