John Larry Trahan, Sr.

Kaplan—Graveside services were held honoring the life of John Larry Trahan Sr., 76, who died Tuesday, April 7, 2020 at his residence.

He is survived by his two sons, Chad Trahan and his wife, Christine of Kaplan, and Kip Trahan and his wife, Michele of Kaplan; two daughters, Angela Trahan Roy and her husband Scott of Maurice, and Valerie Trahan Broussard and her husband Shane of Abbeville; ten grandchildren, Cody, Camille, Cade, Mallory, Morgan, Noah, Jax, Lanie, Alex and William; two great grandchildren, Brooks and Layne; one sister, Sandra Greer and her husband, Garland of Katy, TX; and one brother, Benny Trahan and his wife, Bonnie of Kaplan.

He was preceded in death by his two spouses, Linda Menard Trahan and Nell Myers Trahan; parents, Roycie Trahan and the former Elaine Abshire; one brother, Nelson "Tat" Trahan.
