Kristyl Laurie Salazar

Abbeville—Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, November 12, 2020 at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville honoring the life of Kristyl Laurie Salazar, 35, who died Monday, November 9, 2020 at her residence.  She will be laid to rest at St. Paul Cemetery with Brother Richard Meche officiating the services.  Pallbearers will be Troy Abbott, Kevin Bickham, Eric Davis, Benino Garay, Kaiden Morgan, and Henry Reyes.  Honorary pallbearers will be Jesse Morales III, Joshua Celestino, Tristan Fanniel and Trevan Fanniel.

Kristyl is survived by her parents, Debbie and Mike Gaspard, Gilbert and Rachel Salazar, and Jesse Morales Sr.; two sons. Tristan Fanniel and Trevan Fanniel; daughter, Trinady Mangum; sisters, Nadily Salazar,  Stephany Morales Celestino and her husband, Joshua, Jeslynn Morales, and Brianna Acevedo; brothers, Jesse Morales III and his wife, Courtney, Jesse Morales  Jr., and Caleb Dees; maternal grandparents, Julio L. Reyes, Jr., Mary Garza and Charlie; and paternal grandparents, Mondo Salazar, Richard Morales, Bonnie Times and Donnie, Betty Perkins and Hubert.  She was preceded in death by her grandmothers, Mary B. Reyes and Rosa Morales; and uncle, Julio Reyes III.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles St., on Wednesday, November 11, 2020 from 11:00 AM until 8:00 PM with a life celebartion at 5:00 PM; Thursday, November 12, 2020 from 8:00 AM until time of services.
