Louis " Joey" Joseph Landry, Jr.

Erath—A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12:00 PM on Monday, January 15, 2018 at Our Lady of Lourdes Roman Catholic Church honoring the life of Louis "Joey" Joseph Landry Jr., 58, who died Saturday, January 13, 2018 at his residence.

He will be laid to rest at Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery with Fr. Andre Metrejean officiating the services. Pallbearers will be Joey Landry, III, Trevor Landry, Matthew Primeaux, Shane Suire, Bob Reed and Sammy Laporte.

Joey is survived by his wife, Gig Frances Landry; sons, Joey Landry, III and fiancee' Misty Cormier, Ryan Landry and Trevor Landry; brother, Brent Landry and his wife Charlane; sister, Liz Hebert; and two grandchildren, Jay Landry, IV and Faith Hollier.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Louis Landry Sr. and the former Rena Mae Vincent; first wife, Darilyn C. Landry; brothers, Richard Shane Landry and Gentry Landry; brother-in-law, David Hebert; and a nephew, Andre Landry.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles St., on Sunday, January 14, 2018 from 2:00 PM until 10:00 PM with a rosary being prayed at 7:00 PM by Deacon Billy Vincent; Monday, January 15, 2018 from 8:00 AM until 11:30 AM when the procession departs for the church.
