Mary Loyce Stagg

Abbeville- A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, February 08, 2025, at Mt. Triumph Baptist Church honoring the life of Mary Loyce Stagg, 78, who passed away on January 23, 2025, at Abbeville General Hospital. Burial will follow at Mount Triumph Cemetery. Pastor Willy Williams will officiate the services.

A visitation will take place at Mt. Triumph Baptist Church on Saturday from 8:00 AM till time of services at 11:00 AM. 

She is survived by her four daughters, Lynnnell Stagg Styles (Myron); Carolyn Dyson; Nichole Stagg, and Kim Marie Stagg; three sons, Robert Stagg (Iris); Lawrence Cleveland Stagg and Leo Stagg; two brothers, Graylend Stewart and Issac Stewart; and one sister, Dorothy Neico; 25 grandchildren; 35 great grandchildren, and 1 great great-grandchild. 

She is preceded in death by her parents Moses and Rita Stewart and her husband Lawrence Bobby Stagg; brothers, Royal Stewart, Clint Wilson and Roy Stewart; and sisters, Mary Louise Trahan, Barbara Stewart and Rose Lee Stewart.
