Matthew "Lee" Marceaux

Kaplan—A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, August 3, 2023 at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church honoring the life of Matthew “Lee” Marceaux, 57, who died Monday, July 31, 2023 at his residence.  He will be laid to rest at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Cemetery with Reverend Mark Miley officiating the services.

He is survived by his wife of nine years, Penny Marceaux of Kaplan; his son, Kelly Marceaux and his wife, Lydanna of Kaplan; his daughter, Angel Touchet and her husband, Scotty of Lafayette; his eight grandchildren, Wyatt and Luke Marceaux and Lilly, Drake, Sammuel, Anna Lee, Lucy and Issac Touchet; and his brother, Clay Marceaux of Kaplan.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred B. Marceaux and the former Anna Lee Hanks; and his three brothers, Benny, Troy and Hank Marceaux.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Ave., on Wednesday, August  2, 2023 from 10:00 AM until 9:00 PM with a rosary being prayed at 7:00 PM; Thursday, August  3, 2023 from 8:00 AM until the procession departs for the church at 9:45 AM.
