Max Hungerford

Gueydan—Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, April  5, 2018 at Gueydan First United Methodist Church honoring the life of Maxie Paul Hungerford, 70, who died on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at his residence. He will be laid to rest at Gueydan Cemetery with Reverend John Krause officiating the services.

He survived by his three sons, Ryan Hungerford of Sulphur, Aaron Hungerford and his wife, Paige of Rose Hill, and Jared Hungerford of Los Angeles, CA; one sister, Karen Hungerford Theriot of Lafayette; one brother, Terry Hungerford of La Grange, TX; and five grandchildren, Jace Hungerford, Kailyn Hungerford, Brenna Lognion Tran, Cody Wunder, and Bryce Wunder.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Louis Vernis Hungerford and the former Mildred Vincent; one sister, Dee Ann Hungerford; and his ex-wife, Jacki Hungerford.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Gueydan, 311 Fourth St., on Thursday, April 5, 2018 from 10:00 AM until services.
