Kaplan—Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, August 17, 2017 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Mike Vincent, 62, who died Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at his residence. He will be laid to rest at Kaplan Cemetery with Reverend Mark Miley officiating the services.

He is survived by his son, Justin Vincent and his wife, Nyssa of Kaplan; three daughters, Katie Vincent and her husband, Asa Frederick of Kaplan, Mendy Vincent and her husband, Tim Prudhomme, Jr. of Kaplan, and Sam Vincent of Kaplan; his parents, Paul Lloyd Vincent and the former Lena Mae Baker of Kaplan; three sisters, Nancy Trahan of Lafayette, Jill Sevier of Houma, and Susan Lavergne of South Carolina; one brother, Barry Vincent of Violet; and four grandchildren, Bryce Frederick, Jennifer Prudhomme, Emily Frederick, and Mya Frederick.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Ave., on Wednesday, August 16, 2017 from 10:00 AM until 9:00 PM with a rosary being prayed at 7:00 PM; Thursday, August 17, 2017 from 8:00 AM until services.
