Mrs. Mahlen "Joyce" Faulk

Kaplan—Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, November 12, 2022 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Mrs. Mahlen “Joyce” Faulk, 94, who died Thursday, November 10, 2022 at her residence.  She will be laid to rest at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Cemetery with Deacon Bryan Istre officiating the services.

She is survived by her daughter, Janet F. Brousard of Abbeville; her five grandchildren, Hollie Domingue, Shyla McDaniel, Travis Broussard, Magon Broussard and Resha Georgia; and her ten great grandchildren, Kennedy Fontenot, Sydney McDaniel, Wyatt Menard, Elise Georgia, Lyla Henry, Scarlett Domingue, Eben Georgia, Gabriel Domingue, Veda Domingue and Baby Domingue.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Mahlen Faulk; her parents, Maurice Broussard and the former Lovinia Dartez; her brother, Curtis Broussard; her sisters, Earline Bertrand and Amy Gillard; and her son-in-law, Mark A. Broussard.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Ave., on Saturday, November 12, 2022 from 8:00 AM until the time of the services at 1:00 PM with a rosary being prayed at 10:30 AM.
