Nancy Taylor Trahan

Kaplan—A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, October 13, 2022 at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church honoring the life of Nancy Taylor Trahan, 75, who died Monday, October 10, 2022 at her residence. She will be laid to rest at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Cemetery with Reverend Stephen Irudayasamy officiating the services.

She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Dexter Trahan; her mother, Marylee Taylor; four children, Brian Trahan and his wife, Penny, Kevin Trahan, Shawn Trahan and his wife, Tanya and Jolie Trahan Hardee and her husband, Barrett; 13 grandchildren, Taylor Trahan Luquette and her husband, Hunter, Colt Hardee, Kelsey Trahan, Jake Hardee, Alexandra Trahan, Cale Trahan, Luke Trahan, Andrew Trahan, Reece Hardee, Isabella Trahan, Nate Trahan, Katelyn Hardee and Sara-Kate Trahan; and four godchildren, Michelle Cominsky, Kimberly Talbot, Josh Taylor and Kristen Eilerts.

She was preceded in death by her father, Joseph Taylor; her brother, Marcus Taylor; and her daughter-in-law, Dana V. Trahan.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Ave., on Wednesday, October 12, 2022 from 1:00 PM until 9:00 PM with a rosary being prayed at 7:00 PM; Thursday, October 13, 2022 from 8:00 AM until 10:45 AM when the procession departs for the church.
