Nellie Herpin

Kaplan—Graveside services were held on Sunday, August 15, 2021 at Cossinade Cemetery honoring the life of Nellie Herpin, 79 with Deacon Bryan Istre officiating the services. Nellie died Saturday, August 14, 2021 after a three year battle with cancer surrounded by her children at her residence.

Mrs. Nellie Herpin was a devoted wife of 41 years and a loving mother of five.

She is survived by her children, Grace Herpin of Kaplan, LA, Lisa Miller (Grady) of Apex, NC, Monica Glover (Matt) of Little Rock, AR and Eric Herpin of Shreveport, LA; her grandchildren, Jamie Herpin Vincent, Brady Herpin, Nathan Herpin, and Leah Herpin Stelly; her great grandchildren, Claire Poret, Ava Poret, Zayden Herpin, Livian Herpin, Camille Herpin, Tate Herpin, Bowen Herpin, Wyatt Herpin, Anna-Kate Stelly and Sidney Stelly; her daughter-in-law, Sherry Herpin; and her brother, Gayle Guidry.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert "Bobby" Herpin; her son, Craig Herpin; her parents, Ewell Guidry and Nelia Meaux Guidry; and her brother, Nathan Guidry.
